From carriers: your FMCSA-registered email, contact name, company name, MC number, DOT number, and a rate confirmation document you upload to prove operational history. About drivers: first name, last name, driver's-license last four digits, and issuing state, together with the ratings and comments carriers submit. Technical: HTTP-only session cookies to keep you logged in and basic server logs.
To restrict access to real motor carriers, to display driver ratings so carriers can make informed hiring decisions, and to allow the platform's administrator to review disputes and detect abuse.
When you submit an access request we automatically look up your DOT number in the public FMCSA SAFER Company Snapshot and, where possible, the Licensing & Insurance system to verify your submitted email matches the FMCSA-registered business email. This lookup is server-to-server and no data is sent to a third party beyond FMCSA.
The rate confirmation document you upload is stored in secure object storage and analyzed by a large-language-model vision service to confirm your carrier name and the driver's name appear on the document. Documents are not shared publicly and only administrators can view them.
Only approved carriers can search drivers and see individual ratings. Each rating displays the reporting carrier's company name and, at the request of a viewer, an email link for inquiries about accuracy. Admin-only actions (approving requests, flagging ratings) are audited internally.
You may request deletion of your carrier account and associated ratings by emailing ares9980@gmail.com. We retain access request audit trails for at least 12 months for fraud prevention.
We use HTTP-only cookies to keep you signed in and localStorage on your browser to remember your recent searches and cookie acknowledgment. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Cookie acknowledgments are logged with timestamp and IP for audit purposes.
